Scene and Heard

Scooter boy has become the new annoyance on the block; whizzing here and there with his super noisy scooter. I have also seen some Asian guy on a scooter as well, pulling bikes from time to time. Perhaps this is a more efficient drug delivery system?
I dunno. Here's the guy having a caring and sharing moment with the ghost car. I guess they just told him to stay off the road, 'cause I later saw him whizzing down a Keefer sidewalk at high speed.

There are some scary people in the Heatley Block right now.
I saw a young woman heading in there with a golf club one day, and another neighbour overheard the beginnings of a rumble out front when one guy just calmly stated, "go and get the baseball bat".
Kinda frightening really.

Other than that, the last time I called in, I was referred to the non-emergency number, and without a pen in hand, just hung up the phone. oooops
I guess I'll pursue it more vigilantly next time.
